The beginning

Sitting in an undergraduate kinesiology class and the instructor asked why everyone was majoring in kinesiology. The answers ranged from being pre-med to physical therapy to occupational therapy, until it came to Ani. She looked up and said, "I want to own my own training studio". She was determined. She started with a vision, worked her way through college, and never looked back. In 2022 she completed her Master's degree in Kinesiology while working full-time as a personal trainer at a local gym. She worked hard to open up her own training studio in Martinez, Georgia and now she is ready to help others become the best versions of themselves!

Vivify Fitness & Nutrition

Ani was not an all-star athlete or a gym rat, her love of fitness grew out of an accident, a car accident, that launched her on a year-long path to recovery. She became fascinated with learning about how her body was healing and how the joints moved and what role nutrition played in helping make it all happen. For as long as she can remember, she had a huge passion for helping people. As a result, she began focusing on functional movements, corrective exercise, and aiming to help people not only live longer, but live a better quality of life. She enjoys working with people to create lifestyle changes that meet them where they are and will last. This is where she really found that she could make a difference.
